Hello, my name is Traci Froese. I am passionate about encouraging people to make positive changes. I believe in God. I believe strongly in family.

My Mission statement is:

I am in love with people and I live my life passionately with the desire to encourage and equip others to accomplish the unique dreams, goals and visions they were created for. I hold strong to the values I live by, what people see active in my life, which are essential to making my mission statement a direct reflection of who I am! Both the family I was born in to and th

e family I have created. I believe in honor; living my life with respect and treating others with intentional care and respect. I believe in community; living my life among whomever God brings into it with an open heart and an open home. I believe in living a life of worship; in song, in words and in deeds to spill love to everyone I come in contact with. And last but not least I believe in love, not sentimental-sappy- "situational" love, but true love that causes me to create a healthy environment for communication, boundaries and community.

I hate resolutions! But, I love goals! My favorite thing to do is just sit with a person and come up with a plan together. That’s what I do as a master certified life coach. When working with clients that have specific goals about organizing their lives and schedules I highly recommend keeping an organized weekly/daily/monthly calendar and a to do list! There are many ways to do this and we find the one that best fits individual personalities. Little tools go a long way to reaching goals. You might say that a life coach works with you to clean up the distractions in your life! When you take the time to clean up the mental, physical and relational clutter you can set healthy goals and find joy!

Make sure you end your week well! One of the ways that I evaluate my week is my level of energy on Friday. If I’m running into the weekend it usually means that I’ve succeeded in little steps towards goals that I have made. If I am crawling it usually means that I have let distractions get in the way to sap my energy. When you work with me, as your life coach, I will guarantee that they’ll be more days of running then crawling! Paraclete life coaching, it all begins with one step!

2020 has brought a level of fatigue that many of us have never experienced before. As your master certified life coach we will set a plan with goals and steps to help you successfully navigate 2021. Lately I’ve realized that there are some things that I do very well! And one of those things is walking alongside others as they make changes in their lives. Years ago when I started “Paraclete Life Coaching.“ I had no idea what I was doing. I just knew that I was doing what I felt called and equipped to do. Today I feel this more than ever. Never forget, all of the wounds, all of the errors, all of the “failures” that have tried to keep you down can be turned around to be the tools that lead you to freedom! Freedom to be the person that you were created to be!
