This week, we welcomed back our amazing Sparks Sharks teachers and staff! They’ve been working hard to prepare for another wonderful school year and welcome our students back.

The PTA was excited to host a welcome-back breakfast and provide a special gift for each staff member. A huge thank-you to Barebells for generously donating protein bars to help keep our teachers and staff fueled!

We hope to see all of our Sparks Sharks at Sneak-a-Peek today from 1:00–2:30 p.m.! Stop by the PTA table in the lobby to find out more about our squishy raffle and to check out our spirit wear. Kona Ice will also be available for purchase out front! 🦈

Due to the chance of storms on Thursday, our back-to-school event has been moved to Wednesday, August 26th!

Come cool off, catch up with friends, and enjoy one last sweet treat before we head back to school! Join us at Hereford Zone Snoballs for a snoball, ice cream, or another special treat. 🍧🍦

🌧️ KINDERGARTEN PLAY DATE UPDATE! ☀️

Due to the unpredictable weather—and because we want to have as much dry fun as possible—the Sparks PTA has revised the date and time of our first Kindergarten Play Date.

Incoming Kindergarten Sharks and their families are invited to join us for either play date:

📅 Sunday, August 23 at 3:00 PM — Revised date!
📅 Tuesday, August 25 at 5:00 PM
📍 Sparks Elementary

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the change, but we don’t want our fun to be rained out!
