So you all know how I feel about locking your doors... Here is a story fresh out of Utah. LOCK your doors, be aware of your surroundings- always, and have a plan (yes, do "what if" scenarios). Sad that we have to prepare in these ways, but the fact is we MUST!
Man tried to pull woman out of car in Utah grocery store parking lot, police say
A Highland man who police say tried to pull a woman out of her car as she sat in a grocery store parking lot was arrested Tuesday for investigation of attempted kidnapping.

Just a quick PSA here....
Nevada residents who are coming up for CCW renewal, check those expiration dates. Nevada has NO grace period, if you go past that date and don't have your new permit you cannot conceal until you get the new one, period. Per NRS, the Sheriffs Office has up to 120 days to process your application. You are allowed to take the renewal class AND apply 120 days before that expiration date... I have had several students contact me 30-45 even 60 days ahead of expiration and I will take care of you by getting you into a class promptly, what I cant do is speed up the application time frame...
So get to checking those dates and give me a call if you need that renewal class (or if anyone wants a new CCW). I will take care of you!

Just spent the weekend in CA teaching the Instructor Certification Course for USCCA's Concealed Carry and Home Defense Fundamentals to 10 incredible people. What a group! And teaching side by side with 2 of the most incredible ladies and Training Counselors was icing on the cake. I sure love what I do 💜
