💥This SAE Sunday, we are highlighting Lyla Shakespear from Moapa Valley FFA!

🐄Lyla has an Entrepreneurship SAE that consists of raising, showing, and selling market steers and lambs at the Clark County Junior Livestock Show in Logandale, Nevada!

💙Within FFA, Lyla has competed in numerous CDEs and LDEs including Conduct of Chapter Meetings, Parliamentary Procedure, Soils Evaluation and the Agriculture Issues Forum!

🙌Looking ahead, Lyla plans to go to Oklahoma for welding school and become a pipe welder!

👀 We have some exciting news!

🎉 Ms. Botts from Fernley FFA has been selected to serve as a National Teacher Ambassador for FFA!

🙌 National Teacher Ambassadors are agricultural educators who are trained to provide resources and instruction to other teachers across the country, as well as serve as subject-matter experts for agricultural education!

👏 The National FFA Organization announced that 88 people from 38 different states will serve as National Teacher Ambassadors for the 2026–2027 school year!

💥This SAE Sunday, we are highlighting Bently McCormick from Moapa Valley FFA!

🐖Bently’s SAE consists of raising, showing, and selling market hogs and lambs at the Clark County Junior Livestock Show and the Nevada Junior Livestock Show! In total, she has shown hogs for seven years and lambs for five years!

💙Within FFA, she served as her chapter’s greenhand treasurer during her sophomore year! She is currently serving as the 26-27 Nevada FFA Southern Zone President!

🙌Looking ahead, Bently plans pursue a medical based degree!
