Last week the state report cards were issued for the schools across the Alabama. We are EXCEPTIONALLY proud to say that SPANISH FORT is an "ALL-A" feeder pattern-once again!!!

The scores reflect the hard work of amazing teachers, administration, staff, students, parents/guardians and our community.

This commission oversees and distributes funding that has played a role in our schools' success. This is possible because of the financial commitment of our community through the Spanish Fort 3-mill tax fund.

The Scores are as follows:
Rockwell Elementary School - 98

Spanish Fort Elementary School - 97
(Spanish Fort Elementary School)
Stonebridge Elementary School - 95

The "3-mill" public school commission held it's first meeting of the school year this evening. We are excited to kick off another TORO school year! The Commission is proud to play a part in the success of the Spanish Fort Schools. We know another ALL "A" year is in store for our amazing schools!

Thank you to the Spanish Fort Mayor-Elect, Mr. Brad Bass for attending the meeting. We look forward to continuing the relationship with our Mayor and the Spanish Fort City Council!

During the May Meeting, the commission voted on and approved all items presented for funding by the principals of the five schools in the Spanish Fort Feeder Pattern for the 2025-2026 School Year. During the June Baldwin County Board of Education Meeting, the spending was accepted by the board.

There are many exciting things ahead for our students!

During this meeting we also heard from the Baldwin County BOE Chief Financial Officer, Mr. John Wilson. We were excited to hear about the amazing financial projections for our community, in addition to how the money is "paying off" for Spanish Fort!!

The report card reporting:
Rockwell Elementary PTA - The Highest Elementary School in the county!
Spanish Fort Elementary School - The 2nd Highest Elementary School in the county!
Stonebridge Elementary & PTA - An A - Top Tier Elementary School - with so much more to come!
Spanish Fort Middle - The 2nd Highest Middle School in the county!
Spanish Fort High - The Highest High School in the county!

Last Month the Commission met under the direction of the new President, Randi Stewart. We want to extend our full gratitude to outgoing President, Tracy Turnipseed Roberts. This Commission is continuing the Spanish Fort Schools path of excellence because of volunteers like these individuals.

We also received a special Toro Thank You from the SFHS Toro Theatre students and Teacher, Mrs. Courtney Ladnier, for the funding provided to them thanks to the generosity of the Spanish Fort Community!

We look forward to many years of continued success!

As many of you know, every year the state issues a “report card” to each school. The goal for Spanish Fort Schools is always an A. Due to the diligent work and determination of the Administration, Teachers, Staff and Students, we are proud to say all five school in our feeder pattern received an A!

The Spanish Fort Public School Commission (referred to often as the “3-Mill” Committee) is proud of the role we played in helping meet this goal with the funds provided throughout the last 5 years. The contributions distributed by the commission is available only because of the commitment shown by our community with this special “Spanish Fort Only” fund. The school report cards are further evidence that your money has power, and these community funds are at work in our schools!

We are so proud of each of the schools that make up the amazing feeder pattern of SPANISH FORT. And we continue to say THANK YOU to the Spanish Fort citizens for investing in the greatest thing a person can invest in – our children and the future! Spanish Fort High, Spanish Fort Middle, Rockwell Elementary PTA, Spanish Fort Elementary School, Stonebridge Elementary & PTA
