Bethel School District Native Education Program Title VI serves our tribally enrolled or descendant students in the Bethel School District.

The Bethel School District Native American Education Program exists to provide for programs specifically designed to meet the culturally related academic needs of Native American/Alaskan Native students. The program’s main goals are designed to:

Increase the knowledge and awareness of cultural values, traditions and contemporary issues
Encourage and support post-secondary education by providing i

nformation on pre-college and career workshops for juniors and senior high school students
Provide scholarship and financial aid information for high school students. Instill student pride in their Native American heritage
Encourage parent involvement in program and school activities
