No Right To Fail – A “Virtual Hug” for the next generation of leaders.

Will the next generation fall short of their parents’ quality of life?

Even with extraordinary access to technology, constant news, and social media, many of our youth and students still report feelings of being sad and depressed.
A lack of self-empowerment has become one of the greatest barriers facing young people today.

Too many grow up thinking their dreams are reserved for a select few—determined more by circumstance than effort.

We do not have an opportunity problem; we have a communication problem with our youth. Communication is key. No one is born “on the wrong side of the tracks”—but someone must tell them that.

No one is “simply lucky.” Success is more often the accumulation of small, consistent actions—supported by a work ethic, humility, and a willingness to remain a student every day Personal growth is like exercising muscles. Small wins build strength over time, and that energy reinforces the effort.

No Right To Fail is built on simple, practical concepts that anyone can adopt, regardless of background or circumstance.

This weekend included another insertion focused on No Right To Fail in the Wilmington StarNews, the most influential local newspaper in the Cape Fear region of NC. The article under the “Inspiration” section on page 4A of the Sunday publication entitled "St James retiree looks to help others”, discusses the passion that led to the publication of the No Right To Fail book and program. We can already envision a movement that is relevant across the country.

The goal is to take a big idea and convey it to students, regardless of circumstances or environment, and empower them to impact their own lives. The author (Marc Papillon) has a clearly stated goal in his statement – “I would rather give away 50,000 books than sell 1,500. I don’t want to dilute my voice by putting a price tag on it.” The book and program are free to schools and institutions.

The message is resonating with several individuals already reaching out for copies of the book. No Right to Fail has met or reached out to local educators with initial interest in hearing the broader message. We are excited this week as we have a meeting set with a local tuition-free all girls charter school focused on maximizing the potential of the women leaders of tomorrow. Early 2026 will also see outreach to other community schools and organizations.

As we empower our youth, we must commit ourselves with as much energy as we are challenging those we mentor for themselves. We follow our core belief that “No one who commits is left behind”.
