Good morning all, well it's starting again. Saw a news interview from Texas that he voted for Trump and when he printed his ballot it showed he voted for Harris. The same thing happened right here in edgefield, early voting he voted straight republican, when he printed his ballot it showed he voted for Harris, this happened on three tries, then (if I remember correctly) he voted the fourth time selecting individual candidates and it worked that time. Now can anyone confirm who you voted for when you feed your ballot into the tabulator, it doesn't read your individual votes it reads a bar code, I can't read bar code so who did I really vote for? Try to find out from the clerk's office, bet you can't. Remember what number you are when checking in to vote, e.g., first voter #1, second voter #2, etc. that may help. They gave my wife a democrat ballot in the primary election, so be sure you confirm the paper ballot is correct before feeding into the tabulator. Call your Senators and Congressman , both state and federal and tell them to go with paper ballots and hand count after the polls close (not two weeks after Election Day ) Please let me know if you can read bar code, I want to know how I voted. SC Constitution says "all elections by the people shall be by secret ballot, but the ballots shall not be counted in secret ". Don't be fooled by the machines. I for one don't trust the machines, they are too easily manipulated and you would never know it switched votes. Demand a full forensic audit of the machine count and the paper ballots. Don't forget to vote.
