Today, our K-3 students learned all about “Careers on Wheels” with community helpers and our counselor, Mrs. Jones! Our students explored career opportunities with a donut food truck, emergency responders, park rangers, bus drivers, city services, community support, and more! What a great morning of hands-on fun learning!

This week, our school celebrated our amazing assistant principal! Some people just have that sparkle and our assistant principal brings it everywhere she goes! ✨

Her positivity, heart, and unwavering support for teachers and students light up our school in ways big and small. Whether she’s lifting others up, celebrating successes, or stepping in wherever she’s needed, she makes every day brighter for students and staff alike!

We are so grateful for the joy, energy, and sparkle she shares so freely. Our school shines because of Mrs. Price!

Today, we celebrated our volunteers with an appreciation breakfast as a big “thank you” from our teachers and staff!

Community partner mentors, Watchdogs, event leaders, PTA leaders, room parents, work room helpers, and more- every contribution makes a HUGE impact on our school!

Thank you, volunteers, for all you do for our school! It’s the collaborative efforts of the entire falcon family that make Florence magical!

We are pleased to share that Cindy Tracy was recognized and honored at the KISD Support Staff Member of the Year Celebration today!

Cindy, our child nutrition specialist, provides exceptional service to our school, demonstrating a genuine commitment to the well-being, and care of our students, not only feeding their hunger, but also their hearts! Thank you, Cindy!
