When students become comrades & friends and choose to celebrate with each other after camp.

Not once did we speak of having a party or anything of the sort, but I had something planned.

Today, a few of them brought in treats. Homemade cookies, homemade French cookies, ice cream, Oreo’s, and fruit snacks. Granted, cookies and ice cream are not what I would’ve recommended to close out a high octane camp but the fact they wanted to celebrate together is what Team SL is about.

Seven dedicated and hard working students who chose to push through 2 months of hard work in 4 days. Excited to see them test tonight!

Team Southlake had an incredible turnout at the South District Championships this past weekend!! We had many medals, tons of sweat and laughs shared on the journey here and they day of, and we have TWO NEW DISTRICT TITLES IN THE HOUSE!!

Please congratulate these phenomenal athletes on all that they accomplished this season & HUGE CONGRATULATIONS to Mrs. Wilkins & Mr. Miller for their BIG WINS in their creative and xtreme events!

For those who don’t know, to earn a state title, you must be ranked #1 in your competitive state at the end of season. Texas being one of the most competitive states makes this QUITE the incredible feat! Can’t wait to see you rock those titles on your uniform!

The district title is even more impressive and sought after as it’s the title you compete for to earn Blue Letters! You must compete against the top 10 competitors in the region. Anyone who achieves this will be invited to the World Championships at a chance to earn the most prestigious rank of World Champion!!
