Born into an Indian family with a long line of excellent cooks, I was always surrounded by the sights and smells of traditional Indian cuisine. It’s simple!

Roasting and grinding my garam masala and chai masala....wish I could 'attach' the smell of these aromatic spices! My entire house is filled with the scent of cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, cardamon....just heavenly!
