Faith Gardner has been a health and fitness enthusiast for most of her life. She graduated Magma Cum Laude from CSU Sacramento with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. Faith went on to dance professionally for the NBA with the Sacramento Kings for three seasons and built a successful business that she ran in CA for over 17 years. During this time she developed a wellness program that helped her clients achieve success in balancing their lives, losing weight, strengthening their bodies and becoming the best version of themselves. Faith is excited to bring her enthusiasm and knowledge to partner with the women of Southlake, Keller, Colleyville, Westlake, Grapevine, Trophy Club, Fort Worth and beyond in order for them to find the focus necessary to achieve overall wellness and health.

We offer a variety of services and packages, including one-on-one personal training, individualized meal plans, daily accountability via text, and weekly in person and/or virtual coaching sessions. Our trainers are experienced in working with clients of all ages and fitness levels, and will customize your program to meet your unique needs and goals.
