Our Carroll BBQ Team brought the heat and took home the Grand Champion Title at the recent High School BBQ State Championship in Granite Shoals!

Competing against 98 teams from across Texas, our Dragons earned the highest overall score in five categories of brisket, ribs, chicken, beans, and dessert. It required a full day of prep, plus precise heat and smoke. 🔥🍖

Last year, this team came home with the Runner-Up Trophy (no small accomplishment), but they’re now STATE CHAMPS! 💪

👏 Congrats to Preston Inouye, Darien Kawai, Caden Roberson, Cruz Paredes, Ryan Vu, and Coach Breece Higgins on this incredible accomplishment!
