The fact is: we ALL have the tools to grow and get really, really good at absolutely anything that we want – as long as we believe that we can and as long as we do the work.

And to tell yourself, your students, your team, or your staff anything different is a story, is a hoax, is incredibly destructive.

Stories rob us of the reps and experiences we need to grow. Replace stories with science.
