if you know me, you know that I am super passionate about proper and sanitation and there is NEVER any excuse as to why proper procedures aren’t being followed.

Everybody wants to know why there is so much out there right now…9️⃣7️⃣% of foodborne illnesses are spread in food service settings due to improper food handling, preparation, and storage practices.
