It is home to CrossFit Factory Square and a state of the art Fitness Center with cardio and strength training equipment. We have created a friendly, enjoyable environment to help exceed your expectations in the Southington area and simply provide so

mething for everyone. Factory Athletics and Wellness has dedicated professionals to help all individuals to be the best versions of themselves. We pledge to provide a clean, comfortable, state of the art facility with friendly, knowledgeable staff/coaches that will assist you in setting and reaching your goals. Our personal trainers/coaches will work to create unique exercise programs and nutrition regiments to help you maximize your workouts and see positive results. We know this is still about 2 months away, but we wanted to get Row to Remember on everyone’s radar!

We’ve changed the format slightly this year to make it even more family-friendly—and yes, you read that right… we’re doing a toy drive!

Comfort toys can help provide calm, familiarity, sensory stimulation, and a sense of security for people living with Alzheimer’s and dementia.

Recommended donations:
Baby dolls
Stuffed animals
Fidget toys
Sensory balls
Activity blankets
Simple puzzles
Soft blankets

We’ll also be accepting cash donations for those who would prefer to contribute that way.
