To celebrate America 250, our entire DePaolo community came together to spell out USA 250 on our back field.  This picture is a reminder that we are part of a larger story—one that values citizenship, community, service, and the contributions of individuals working together toward a common goal. During an activity last week celebrating America 250 students looked at different time periods in America's history and drew a design on a stamp to commemorate that event in history.

So great to welcome DePaolo alumni Austin Florian who spoke to the students about his Olympics journey today.

The Stock Market Game is a curriculum-based investing simulation that engages teams of students in an exciting competition reinforcing financial capability. Participants invest a virtual $100,000 and make real-time investment decisions, gaining a clearer understanding of capital markets, asset allocation and wealth creation. Jacob and Colton came in 1st out of 270 middle school teams in CT, growing their investment to $118,577.19. This was roughly 19% growth above the S&P 500 during the game. Congratulations 👏
