It may seem like a long time away but pull out your smart phone, laptop, wall-mounted calendars and block off Sunday August 1st next year for the Blue Jay Weekend all-class picnic at legendary Southfield High!

This summer was a White Out. Next summer = Shares of Blue.
This summer, the Class of '86 represented well with 45 alumni attending, partially bolstered by our 40th reunion.

In 2027, let's shoot for 60+!!!

On Sunday, 40+ of us took a trip down memory lane, placing a colored label where we lived in ‘86. From the Ravines to Magnolia…

It was interesting to gain a perspective on where our friends & neighbors called Home.

Wow, what a weekend! Sometimes, moments are distorted like electric currents arching across this live wire we call life.

It’s amazing how some of the small, little details which come up in conversation about our past trigger sensory flashbacks. Mostly good memories, some more difficult to process…

Earlier tonight, all ‘86 alumni were sent an email from Webmaster, almost closing the book on our 40th reunion weekend together.

You were warned: it’s nearly impossible to spend as much quality time with everyone that you wanted to… It just goes so quickly.

There are a couple loose ends which still need to be closed: stay tuned for a couple more communications.

Then planning shifts towards the next gathering together.
