Today is National Crush A Can Day – but don’t crush it just yet! A better use for your aluminum cans is to return them to the store for a 10-cent refund or simply recycle them with RRRASOC. Crushing your cans makes it impossible for the barcode scanner at the grocery store to read it, and it also makes it difficult for the machinery at our facility to sort it. Keep it un-crushed!

The Novi recycling drop-off site is officially temporarily closed. RRRASOC community members are strongly encouraged to bring their recyclables to our Southfield drop-off site, located at 20000 W. Eight Mile Rd. at the northeast corner of Evergreen Rd. and Eight Mile Rd. For updates on when our Novi site will re-open, be sure to follow us on Facebook, check www.rrrasoc.org periodically, and subscribe to our free monthly e-newsletter!
