Learn The Install - System Installation
The install is where the trade actually gets built.

Anyone can watch a video. You need to feel the sheet metal bend, hear the gas line pressurize, watch the braze joint pull the solder, and know by the sound of the blower that everything's tight. That's what this module is for.

In System Installation you'll get your hands on:
🔩 Sheet metal — cut, fabricate, and hang supply and return
🔥 Gas lines — size, run, and leak-test to code
❄️ Refrigerant — braze, evacuate, charge, and recover
⚡ Electrical — line-voltage and low-voltage circuits

You'll do it on real residential and commercial units. You'll do it under instructors who've installed hundreds of them. And you'll do it enough times that the day a customer hands you a scope of work, you already know how it ends.

Restaurants, grocery stores, hospitals, ice rinks; every one of them needs a tech who can keep the cold running.

Commercial refrigeration is one of the most in-demand corners of HVAC-R, and it's where a lot of technicians build a long, steady career.

Our refrigeration lab has the equipment to teach it right:

❄️Walk-in coolers and freezers

🧊Commercial ice machines

🥶Reach-in display and storage cases

Manifold gauge-set diagnostics

You'll learn the refrigeration cycle by working the actual gear - not by watching an animation. Read pressures. Check subcool and superheat. Chase down a leak.

Recover, evacuate, and recharge. Get comfortable in the mechanical room.

When you graduate, you can service the box that keeps a restaurant open. That's a call every business owner takes on the first ring.
