Check out MEMS class! Students are pictured practicing microfabrication and use of the BioMEMS clean room.
Micro-electromechanical systems (MEMS) is a BME senior-level class offered at LTU. This class covers material properties, microfabrication techniques, sensing and actuation principles, and the application of MEMS in solving biomedical problems. Students will use the Microfabrication and BioMEMS Lab for various aspects of MEMS device design, modeling, fabrication, characterization, and testing.
