Field trip!!! 💚🦋🌲🪵🌱

We are so excited to partner up with Wild Things Nursery for a fun morning of learning, playing, and exploring in their BEAUTIFUL space!

There will be a structured lesson with Wild Things staff, plenty of free play, and time to eat a picnic lunch together!

We have room to add ONE more student to this sweet little group this fall — and a waitlist beginning in January! 🥹✨

We can’t wait to bring this brand-new preschool program to our community. Our teachers are wonderful, our teacher-to-student ratio is intentionally very small (2 teachers, 8 children MAX!), and the overall vibe is warm, relaxed, playful, and low-key — while still being guided by high-quality, experienced, certified educators.

This could be such a great fit for:
✨ Homeschool families looking to add a little something to their week
✨ Children easing into their first drop-off experience
✨ Families who aren’t quite ready for a traditional preschool setting
✨ Children with sensory needs or who benefit from a smaller, calmer group setting

Light play is SO magical! It sparks joy & wonder & there is SO much learning happening through play!

What if part of your child’s homeschool week was simply about slowing down, creating, exploring, and connecting?

Homeschool Connection Club is a different kind of homeschool enrichment—weaving together mindfulness, creativity, movement, nature, play, and meaningful time with peers.

Each week, children are invited into hands-on experiences like process art, yoga + mindfulness practices, creative projects, STEM activities, games, nature exploration, good books, and plenty of space for open-ended free play. All the good stuff! 🤌🏽

We love being part of the vibrant homeschool community here and creating a space where ALL children can learn, create, build confidence, practice social-emotional skills & regulation, make friendships, and find a sense of belonging. All types of learners & abilities are welcome! 🤍

✨ Mondays + Wednesdays | 10:00–1:00
✨ Recommended for K–5th grade
✨ Attend individual sessions as your homeschool schedule allows!

Emotion Explorers is well underway!

Children are opening up about their own experiences, playing games, learning new language, participating in things like body scans and other strategies and regulation techniques. And maybe most importantly, connecting with their peers and a trusted new adult in meaningful ways! I can’t wait to see what the next few weeks bring 🥰

We are SO excited to bring this special book club experience to The Connection Corner this fall! 📖🤸🏿✨

Guided by longtime elementary educator and our summer Reading Support teacher, Leigh Greene, Book Club Explorers will bring stories to life through conversation, creativity, games, movement, and play… all our favorite TCC things!

And the best part? You do NOT need to have read the books ahead of time and you do not need to be a strong independent reader to join in! Our hope is to make books feel fun, approachable, and exciting… and maybe even inspire kids to head home wanting to pick up the rest of the series. 🥹📚✨

Emotion Explorers: Parent Edition! 🌈

We have been getting so many requests for parent + caregiver workshops and I’m super grateful to be able to offer this one at the end of the month as a new school year gets going!

This workshop is for parents and caregivers of children of all ages who want to better understand what’s happening underneath big emotions and behaviors. We will learn practical tools, language, and strategies to support regulation in everyday moments. Important stuff! 🥹🫶🏽

It’s been a whirlwind couple of weeks, but I’m finally coming up for air to share about the three INCREDIBLE artists we welcomed during our first-ever Zen Girls Retreat ✨

🖌️ Day 1: Watercolor lessons + ACEO cards with twigandbramble
🌸 Day 2: Pressed flowers + UV resin with Sam Hiegel | Coastal + Floral Gifts for Home
🤎 Day 3: Clay creations + pinch pots with Jennifer Telles

There’s something so special about getting to try something new, learn from talented artists, and just jump in and create. Watching these girls explore new mediums, take creative risks, and feel proud of what they made filled my heart to the brim. 🥹😭

So grateful to these amazing women for sharing their time, talents, and creativity with our girls. What a true gift! ✨

Thank you ladies, so so much! We can’t wait for more!!!
