Institute of Aesthetic Arts & Sciences Hands on school focused on providing our students and clients the best skincare education/treatments.

In just 20 weeks, the intensive one-on-one training encompassing clinical studies, techniques and hands-on experience working in a supervised environment directly with the public, instills in each graduate the technical proficiency and personal confidence that forms the foundation for their future. Internationally trained educators at IAAS teach the most current techniques in clinical health skin

care, make-up artistry, nail care and superfluous hair removal. Students who apply themselves to their studies while at the school leave with the skills and experience necessary to open an independent salon or work for leaders in the industry.

All good things must come to an end. With 38 years here in Southbury, the time has come to say good bye.
With my retirement at the end of February, I will also be closing the doors of I.A.A.S. as well.
There is no way to express my most sincere thank you for the loyalty you have shown Lorie, Julie and myself.
Many have been coming since I opened and we have shared many highs and lows together and are more like an extended family, that will be dearly missed.
As I go off on crazy new adventures, I will keep you posted on where Lorie and Julie land as well as graduates that can best serve you.
Lorie and Julie have worked hard to help me make this school as exceptional as it is. Those two will be stuck with me forever.
