Southbridge Parents and Caregivers:

You are invited to speak with Commissioner Chester regarding the future of the Southbridge Public Schools

Date: Monday, February 1, 2016 Time: 6:00 – 7:30 PM Location: Cole Avenue Auditorium, Southbridge Public Schools 25 Cole Avenue, Southbridge, MA 01550

Commissioner Chester from the MA Department of Elementary and Secondary Education invites parents and caregivers of Southbridge Public Schools students to speak with him and ask questions regarding the receivership of the Southbridge Public Schools.

Some questions participants may want to ask include:
What does “receivership” mean? What do these new changes mean for my child and our family?

Come with your questions!

If you are unable to attend the meeting, you may send your questions by email to [email protected]

Supervised childcare and translation will be provided by the district.

The school year has gotten off to a great start. Thank you to Southbridge Savings Bank for providing the incentives for our summer reading program. Congrats to all our winners!

On Wednesday October 7th CSS took part in International Walk to School Day. Teachers and staff walked down Charlton St to Mechanic St and walked to school with neighborhood students.
