We wrapped up our East Asia tour with an extraordinary visit to Beijing! Highlights included exploring the breathtaking grounds of the Summer Palace and gathering for a wonderful reception filled with alumni, past parents, and current families.

A special shout-out to our fantastic young alumni who came out in full force—your energy, Fay pride, and enthusiasm for the future made the event truly unforgettable!

Our journey through East Asia continued with incredible visits across Shanghai and Hangzhou! From sharing meals with our wonderful alumni, current families, and students to taking in the stunning scenery and rich history of both cities, we felt right at home every step of the way.

Congratulations to Fay School art teacher Catherine Gruetzke-Blais, who was one of four artists selected by the City of Framingham to create a mural panel celebrating the city’s 325th anniversary.

Catherine’s panel, depicting “Landscape and Environment,” explores Framingham’s history through the places and natural landscapes that have shaped the community over the past 325 years. Her work is now part of a permanent installation on the second floor of Framingham City Hall.

On Earth Day this past April, the Fay campus was humming with activity as students participated in a day of hands-on environmental learning, sustainability, and stewardship. From rolling up their sleeves for planting projects and building bat boxes to crafting eco-friendly beauty products and upcycling fashion, students transformed green ideas into real-world action! What’s something every Fay student has in common? Public speaking opportunities!

Across all three divisions at Fay, public speaking is woven into the curriculum, giving students the chance to build confidence, find their voice, and learn how to share their ideas with others.

Through our signature Vox Inventum program—Latin for “find your voice”—students develop the skills and confidence they need to express themselves and share their full selves with the Fay community.

Once a Fay athlete, always a Fay athlete! In celebration of Women’s History Month this past spring, Lower School students welcomed back nine incredible alumnae who shared their inspiring athletic journeys. Five alumni returned to campus for a live panel, including student-athletes from Boston College and Holy Cross, while others sent inspiring video messages from Harvard, the NHL’s Vegas Golden Knights, and beyond!
