Appreciation Week continues at Focus Sleep Centers. Thursday, our COO grilled out fresh steaks and we had our fill of delicious sides while night techs and day staff and company leaders all mingled and got to know one another better. It was Focus tee-shirt day, but ended up being Focus hat day!
Friday was Decades Day. The 80s and 90s were represented in all their greatness!
Thanks to all who participated and we missed those who couldn't be here.

This week in October is extra-special at Focus Sleep Centers because it is Sleep Tech Appreciation Week and Respiratory Care Week! This time of year also recognizes our many other professionals such as Medical Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, Bosses, and Customer Service. Our leadership gave us the approval to celebrate ALL week, and the staff rounded it out by making it Spirit Week too! Needless to say, we have had FUN, eaten GOOD and CELEBRATED all week. On Monday, we had a potato bar and ice cream bar and found a co-worker to "twin" with (or in some cases "opposites!"). We also bonded over bracelet beading 😍
Tuesday was Team Day, with staff sporting their favorite teams. 🏈
On Wednesday, "we wear pink" was the theme while enjoying a chili bar and ice cream bar and experimenting with diamond art. 💎

Wishing this girl in the middle, our fabulous medical assistant in Germantown Dorothy, a very very happy birthday! We are so happy she joined our team in August 🫶 She is the glue that we needed there to hold it all together along with her amazing co-workers and nurse practitioner. We hope you've had a fabulous day, Dorothy!

It's our Macey-boo's birthday! She is the sweetest and the calmest of us all. From dreading her college speech assignments to now being the face of Focus, she has grown up here with all her big sisters. If you visit us at our Southaven location, she is the first person you'll encounter and we'll guarantee you will be met with a smile and friendly hello! We are so proud of how far Macey has come since joining Focus Sleep Centers almost two years ago. Be sure to tell her hi and happy birthday this month. Just don't sing to her- it truly embarrasses her.

Happy birthday weekend to the one and only Rod Fowler, our Sales and Marketing Guy Extraordinaire (Heavy on the "extra")! He does a FANTASTIC job for our referring offices and keeping all of us on our toes. We hope #(5)8 is great!

It's our favorite Certified Respiratory Therapist Nikki Tatum's birthday! She never meets a stranger, puts her patients immediately at ease when fitting for their CPAP mask, and is always a party waiting to happen - wherever she goes. Happy birthday to our Nikki!

This dynamic duo..not only do they work together like clockwork, like yin and yang, peanut butter and jelly, Wonder Twins, Batman and Robin....these two gals that keep our Germantown clinic rocking and rolling practically share a birthday! They are just one day apart, but that's close enough for us. Happy birthday weekend to our Germantown Nurse Practitioner Tracie and her do-it-all assistant Stephanie. If you visit Germantown, they will treat you with nothing but kindness and concern. We love our Germantown birthday girls!

Candice's birthday happened quietly over the weekend, but we can't forget our queen of scheduling sleep studies! Usually, you catch her on the phone with patients or meeting with them one on one going over the process of a sleep study, but looks like she recently had a party in one of our sleep rooms....we won't tell though! Happy belated birthday, Candice!
