The end of the year is here! We hope that all of our students have a fabulous summer of relaxing and regrouping for next school year. Here are the report card pickup days! If your child is required to attend summer school, a counselor will be reaching out with information and please note that you must pick up their packet for summer school before you go to register at DCHS.

SMS 8th graders are looking into their futures today at the first ever career fair. They learned about careers starting from their education at CTC East all the way to FedEx and more. Thank you to all who helped make this day possible! The sky’s the limit for our Chargers!

Teacher Appreciation…Continued!
Today the SMS Dance Team showed their appreciation with a nacho bar for our amazing teachers and staff. While Mrs Shirley set up the shaved ice machine for some yummy sno-cones! 🍧

We wrapped up Teacher Appreciation Week with a show stopper! A big SHOUT OUT to Italia in Southaven and Papa Johns in Horn Lake for today’s lunch. Our lunch sponsor was the ☀️SMS Sunshine Club. We love our teachers and our community supporters! 🍎🧡💙
