One last message (hopefully):
Slight change: WE WILL NOT eat lunch in the classroom. Parents are not allowed inside the school, so when food is ready, myself or Mrs. Adair will get the food, bring outside, and parents can sign children out and get their food.
Again, please stay with our class. It is important for us to move along with the schedule.
We don’t know an exact time for the senior/second grade walk, so that will alter our schedule a little.

Reminders for field day on Thursday, 5/16:
•Please wear your GREY class tshirt
•Wear shoes that are easy to slip on and off (and can get wet and dirty)
•Put sunscreen on BEFORE you get to school. Feel free to wear sunglasses and/or a hat.
•Bring a beach towel (your child will get wet at water stations)
•Bring a change of clothes IF they are NOT checking out.
•If your child did NOT order CFA and is NOT checking out, they need to bring a sack lunch.
•Our first station will be at the DJ/popcorn. It will be outside E/orange hall to the left of the school. You will meet us there.
•Do not send your child to school with their backpack.
•After our last station is over at 12:00, we will all come back to the classroom to get lunch. At that time, you will sign your child out from me if you plan to do so.
•No siblings are allowed.
•We will start promptly at 8:45am.
•Please talk to your child about being on his/her best behavior. If they do not obey at a station, they will sit out until we rotate.
•GET READY FOR SOME FUN!!!!

This is what we can expect for field day tomorrow. It moves very fast, and we will be walking all over the place, so please be sure to stay with our class and keep your child with our class so we can get to places on time. We do have to stop at 10 and watch the seniors walk by along with second grade. CFA lunch will be served in the music room at noon. WE WILL NOT GET TO EVERYTHING. I have already heard from other grade levels that they didn’t get to everything because you only have a few minutes at each station along with having to walk from one side of the school to the other. If you plan on checking your child out from Field Day, DO NOT SEND THEIR BACKPACK. Once you get your lunch, if you want to check your child out then and leave, that is perfectly fine.
