This summer, Sadie, our Strategic Initiatives Intern, brought fresh eyes, thoughtful questions, and a whole lot of grit to NorthStar Academy. She dug into AP exam data, enrollment trends, transcripts, and more to help us see our school from every angle.

She asked the right questions. She listened well. And somewhere along the way, she even earned the ultimate badge of NSA honor: Multifactor Authentication access in M365. Our Support team does not hand that out lightly.

Sadie, thank you for sharing your gifts with us: your humility, your wisdom, and your heart for getting things right. We are so grateful for the impact you made in just one summer, and we can't wait to see where the Lord leads you next.
