Minimum Requirements:

-Active Mississippi Real Estate License
-5 years of real estate experience

Preferred (but not required):
Teaching or training experience
Bachelor’s or higher degree

📌 Degree Substitution Policy:
A bachelor’s degree may substitute for up to 2 years of experience
A master’s degree or higher may substitute for up to 4 years of experience

This means:
✔ Bachelor's = Minimum 3 years experience
✔ Master’s or higher = Minimum 1 year experience
