Watch this kiddo work on the Superman Ball Trap! While holding a Superman position, they practice trapping the ball with a basket or cone. Starting slowly helps build confidence, control, and coordination. As their skills improve, we can increase the speed of the balls, add more challenging throws, or even use two balls at a time!
