Most camps hand out a weekly schedule on the first day. We check the tide instead, because where we go depends on what the water is doing that morning. We read the conditions and the group, and the day builds from there. A child who watches adults make calm decisions in real time picks up something a classroom cannot replicate.

Week 2 runs June 22 to 26 and we still have spots available. DM us and we will send everything your way.

See you on the water.

Watch a kid pull something out of the water, and everything changes. The questions start coming on their own. So does the reluctance to wash their hands. Week one pulled nets, sorted whatever came up, and sat down to eat what the bay gave them. Crabs got held, hands got muddy, and nobody wanted to leave. This is what the water does.

Most summers blur together. A week on the water tends to be the one that doesn't.

We have a few spots open for next week, June 22nd through 26th. Five full days out here, small groups, real marine science alongside people who have spent their lives on this water. The kind of week where your child comes home with mud on their shoes and something new to say about the world.

If you have been looking for a week that actually stays with them, DM us or give us a call to reserve a spot.

The first day of camp has a feeling that is hard to describe until you have seen it. Kids show up a little unsure, a little quiet, watching everything before they commit to anything. By the end of the first session, most of them are asking when they can come back. That shift happens faster than parents expect, and it happens every time, because the water has a way of meeting children exactly where they are.

If your explorer does not have a week this summer yet, there are still spots available. DM us or call 1-631-353-5552 and we will walk you through what is open.

Kids don't need to be convinced to care about the natural world. They just need to be brought close enough to it.

Watch a child pull something unexpected out of the water, or lean over the edge of a kayak to get a better look at what's moving below, and you'll see it. The questions start coming on their own. So does the smile.

That's Explorer Camp. Small groups, real science, five days on the East End with kids ages 5 to 13.

Camp starts June 15. Link in bio to reserve a spot.

See you on the water.

This is our second summer working alongside to open Explorer Camp to more children in our community.

Every sponsored spot is the full experience. Small groups, attentive staff, and mornings on the water where the tide's moving and something unexpected always surfaces. These kids show up the same way every other camper does, and they leave the same way too.

Hamptons Community Outreach has been showing up for the East End for years in ways that are steady and real. We're proud to be doing this alongside them again this summer.

If you'd like to help a child get out on the water, comment SPONSOR below and we'll send you everything you need to know.

Some kids arrive at the water's edge on Monday morning gripping their life jacket straps a little too tight. By Friday, they're the ones leaning over the side of the kayak trying to spot what's moving below the surface.

Out here, the waters do the teaching. Every tide shift, every net lift, every crab that scuttles across a small hand carries a lesson no classroom could replicate. Five days, five hours a day, for ages 5 to 13. Real marine science, real waterways, real moments of awe.

Ready to see what the water teaches? The tide is ready when your Explorer is.

A few spots are still available. DM us to ask about open weeks or call directly at 1-631-353-5552.

Most camps add more. More activities, more rotations, more structured chaos.

We do the opposite.

The East End Explorer Camp runs Monday through Friday in small groups on the living waterways of the East End. Kids pull research nets alongside marine scientists, sort live species, paddle their own kayaks, dig for clams, and spend five hours a day fully immersed in a world that moves at nature's pace, not the internet's.

By Friday, something shifts. The child who arrived nervously is holding a crab without hesitation. The one who couldn't sit still is scanning the horizon for osprey. The one who said "I don't know" on Monday is asking questions about ecosystems that nobody prompted.

That is what we are here for.

Camp opens June 15. Weekly sessions, ages 5 to 13. Small groups. High staff ratios. Founder out there every single day.

If this sounds like what your explorer needs this summer, DM us and we will send you everything you need to know.
