Study finds a vegetarian diet lowers LDL-cholesterol, A1C, and body weight.

Take home message: More beans, lentils, vegetables, fuits, and whole grains and less meat (beef, chicken, fish, etc.) and dairy and fewer eggs can lower your risk for heart disease, diabetes, and obesity. And who doesn't want that?

What a treasure trove!
