Southampton Strings Festival

-Advancing the Next Generation of Classical Musicians- Advancing the next generation of classical musicians.

Southampton String Festival provides all levels of instruction to string students, offering lessons, orchestra, chamber music, theory, improvisation, and technique classes during an intense two-week period. Students will explore new repertoire and musical styles through creative, hands-on activities and gain invaluable performing experience while working with their peers and highly trained professional musicians.

Join us July 27 – August 7 in beautiful Southampton, NY for two unforgettable weeks of music, collaboration, and inspiration.
From our youngest beginners to advanced young artists, there’s a place for every string player:

🎶 Elementary (Ages 6–8)
🎶 Junior (Ages 9–13)
🎶 Senior (Ages 14–19)
🎶 Artist Session - College, graduate students & young professionals

Our Artist Session returns this year, offering intensive chamber music, orchestral excerpts, chamber orchestra, and high-level collaboration with incredible faculty.
