We had Ryan cryin’ today (with laughter that is!)

In celebration of Principals Month, the Davis Staff dressed up as their best “Mr. Oessenich” to celebrate our amazing leader!

Our Davis community is extremely fortunate to be led by Mr. Oessenich, who brings his dedication and commitment to his position each and every day. What a pleasure it was to celebrate him in such a fun way today!

Rock, Paper, Scissors Update!

After the amazing Ms. Higgins swiped ALL of Mr. Oessenich’s beads during an MTSS meeting, she faced off against Mrs. Kestenbaum and met her match! This competition is ON!!!🤣

This week, our Davis students were assembled to hear all about fire safety from our amazing friends at the local Southampton Fire Dept! They shared strategies to keep us safe in an emergency, how to handle ourselves and our families appropriately if a fire should take place, and the importance of fire/smoke alarms in our homes. Of course, Marshall was there to cheer us on (and to steal gloves from one of his fire department friends 🤣)

This evening, Thursday, October 8th, will be their Open House, and all are welcome! Hope to see you there!

Things are getting intense with our Faculty/Staff “Rock, Paper, Scissors” Competition!! Sponsored by our Davis Think Tank Team, adults throughout the building challenge one another for their beaded necklaces with a “winner takes all” prize! The top two winners as of October 14th will be awarded prizes, courtesy of our Schoolwide PBIS Team!!

Yesterday we watched as Mr. Oessenich secured a bunch of necklaces from Mr. Ostroff, and today was a showdown between Miss J and Mrs. O’Brien with Mrs. O’Brien coming out on top!!

Who will our winners be??? Stay tuned!
