📖📚📝This class will explore how emotional connection and secure attachment support healthy childhood development. Families will learn how a child's sense of safety, emotional regulation, and overall well-being are shaped through responsive caregiving and meaningful connection. We will also discuss the importance of caregiver self-awareness and nervous system regulation, along with practical ways to support co-regulation, emotional resilience, and positive parent-child relationships at home.
