Both have earned their BFA's and are certified art teachers for grades K to 8 in the state of Massachusetts. Janell was a graphic designer and illustrator for 20 years and Lisa has a background in jewelry, ceramics and sculpture. Pop up Art School has been in business for eight years

🎤Dave in Hanover, MA interviewed Lisa about Pop up Art School’s Garden of Threads for the 🌸🐝🦋 We taught community members how to needle felt flowers, bees, and butterflies. Hundreds of components were attached to a backing and installed at the Scituate Town Library. Duxbury parents, half day this Thursday. Sign the kiddos up for a free fun clay project at the library. We will be making air dry clay tic tac toe boards. Did you know that Janell painted a utility box in Rockland a couple years ago? It’s at the corners of Union and E. Water streets, next to the butterfly chairs. It’s located on one of the stops of the Rockland walking rail trail.
