Best friends and business partners; Janell Scannell and Lisa Walker work and teach side-by-side in their business. Both have earned their BFA's and are certified art teachers for grades K to 8 in the state of Massachusetts. Janell was a graphic designer and illustrator for 20 years and Lisa has a background in jewelry, ceramics and sculpture. Pop up Art School has been in business for eight years

🎤Dave in Hanover, MA interviewed Lisa about Pop up Art School’s Garden of Threads for the 🌸🐝🦋 We taught community members how to needle felt flowers, bees, and butterflies. Hundreds of components were attached to a backing and installed at the Scituate Town Library.
