Our annual HighMarket will be during parent teacher conferences February 25th and 26th from 3:00-6:00. Make sure to stop by these 8th grade businesses in the commons and gym and support these awesome kids and all their hard work.

Our KidzBiz was such a huge success yesterday! Our elementary students created a business by coming up with a product and business name, learning about cost vs price and profit, marketing their business, and selling at their very own KidzBiz Expo. We are so proud of our elementary entrepreneurs that all ran a successful business!

e’re excited to announce that Spring CHIRP for students in grades 3–6 begins on January 27th! This fun, high-energy choir experience is a wonderful opportunity for students to grow musically, build confidence, and perform together as a team.

Practices will be held Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 7:45–8:15 a.m. in Mrs. Miehlke’s classroom. To participate, families must review the CHIRP Handbook, confirm they have read it, sign up for the Remind app, and purchase a CHIRP t-shirt ($12). Remind is our only form of parent communication, so enrollment is required.

Students will have two exciting performance opportunities this spring:

A special assembly performance for our lower elementary students in May (date to be announced)
An evening performance for parents on May 11th in the Highmark gym.
We can’t wait to kick off another amazing season of music, teamwork, and fun! Spring CHIRP is going to be fantastic!

Our Jr. High students participated in Service projects this week during Soar and our SBO Officers had the opportunity to deliver some of these items today.

We stocked the Weber Fridge with over 200 sandwiches, took a number of blankets to the Ogden Rescue Mission, and lots of toys and blankets to the dogs and cats at .

Service and Giving Back to our Community is such a beautiful piece of the entrepreneurial cycle we teach here at HighMark!
