We truly appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding as we continue adjusting to our new CarRider Pro system for afternoon pick-up! We know new systems can take a little time to get used to, and we appreciate your help in making dismissal as smooth and safe as possible.

🚗 Quick reminder: Please make sure your CarRider Pro tag is uncovered and clearly visible in your vehicle’s window, with the number facing toward the windshield.

📌 Important Tag Update: CarRider Pro tags are still on their way and have not arrived yet. We will let everyone know as soon as the tags arrive and are ready to be distributed.

Also, no one will scan your tag manually. The machine you drive by during pick-up will automatically scan your tag as you go through the line. This helps us keep the dismissal process moving safely and efficiently.

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and cooperation as we work through this new system together! We appreciate our amazing McKell families! 🐾💙
