As the weather gets nicer, why not head out for a hike? Many people often think of steep inclines, big backpacks, and rugged terrain, but you can make your hike as difficult or as easy as you like! Always carry water and a light snack—fruit and nuts are perfect! While hiking is a great way to get your blood pumping, take time to appreciate where you are and enjoy the sights and sounds of nature.

Did you know California produces between 1-3 billion pounds of strawberries every year? This accounts for 80% of the fresh and frozen strawberries grown in the U.S. That’s a lot of berries! Lucky for us, strawberries are coming into season right now. You may have already seen them in the grocery store or at farmers markets!
