While everyone was calculating meal plans by hand, I was developing a program to automate them.

I’m Anton Krasavin. Once a student of economics, I weighed 187 pounds at a height of 5’8”.

To lose weight, I studied nutrition at College and dropped 50 pounds.

After creating over 500 plans by hand, I realized a computer could handle the calculations. So, I developed an algorithm and created meal planing web app.

It took over 1,000 hours to develop, but I incorporated the expertise of 200 real fitness trainers.

How to make clients come to you instead of you chasing them?

If you think these are equal, I have to disappoint you:

The first option guarantees profit only once.
The second option might not bring immediate profit, but it will turn the client into a long-term loyal customer.

Weight loss or muscle gain is not a one-month process. To achieve the desired result, a client needs more than just buying one meal plan. They need to get used to it and consciously associate the plan (and the trainer) with their success.

If by the end of the first period the client finds it easy to follow the plan and sees its benefits, they will naturally want to extend it for a longer term.

How to Boost Personal Training Sales 💪

We know that acquiring a new client can be challenging.

But by following our step-by-step plan, you’ll surely 😎 succeed!

1️⃣ As soon as you spot a newcomer, approach them. Be friendly, disarm them with a smile. Say hello and give them a tour of the gym, explaining the rules.

2️⃣ Show interest in the newcomer: find out their goals, why they’ve come, and how often they plan to train.

3️⃣ Subtly pique their interest. Demonstrate your approach to training and explain how you can help them achieve their goals.

4️⃣ Mention that the first training session is free, and you can demonstrate the specific equipment and exercises they need.

5️⃣ Once the potential client agrees, move on to the training session. Show your professionalism. Emphasize the importance of proper technique and the sequence of exercises.

6️⃣ Be attentive, assist and support the client. Point out any mistakes they make. Let them feel that you are genuinely interested in their results.

Then the newcomer will surely understand ☝🏻 that without you, their workouts won’t be as effective.
