Goddesses, in case you need a reminder, you are all theses things and more!

I often think about why, as women, we are more likely to compare ourselves to others, downplay our success or strive for perfection. I believe it comes down to the fact that we have been taught these things in our core beliefs. We have to actively rewrite them.

Say these out loud to yourself today. And believe each and every one, because they are absolutely true.
