A knife break test recently done on a knife made for our Chef Knife competition back in spring. Just a cool example of the quality that comes out of our shop and the fun we have. This knife was used in the kitchen daily for about 4 months before deciding to break it, being re honed with a stone twice but otherwise stropped with a leather belt every other week or so to stay sharp.

Some knives all finished up. Jacob glued the brass and green g10 liners he also did handle fit up and geometry I stole it from him and hand sanded it. Brady rounded the spine and did the file work. The other knife was a great test of my process and practice in efficiency. I'm keeping the green knife because I like it a lot and two of the best guys I know helped me finish it out. The green knife was also cryogenically treated. These blades were a great learning experience. As always I would not be able to any of this without the guidance and support of Matt. Matt also designed and made the sheath for the brown knife. Critiques and criticisms are always welcome.
