Since we didn’t get a good look at the joey yesterday during our Home Safari we decide we would try again today - success!! If you have a great name suggestion for the Joey enter it in the comments. Lexi is getting in some fine motor and scissor skills practice. She’s cutting scraps from magazine art. She has to use logic to decide which side of the magazine clipping she wants facing up, and put the glue on the other side. She had to utilize little muscles and strengthen her fine motor by squeezing a glue bottle with only 1/4 glue inside.
It doesn’t have to be complex or intentional for learning and creativity to take place.
