Living Hope Church, located in downtown Portland, is receiving a truckload of food on Monday, October 19. They will be giving away a 22 lb box of food with produce and meat, all USDA approved. They have 1200 boxes to be distributed in the Portland area.
Food can be picked up between 11 AM and 6 PM on Monday, October 19 at the address below:

The Captain's Cupboard is a student-run food pantry located at Southern Maine Community College for students and their families.
Starting four years ago students from Phi Theta Kappa Honors Society, and former SMCC President James Ortiz came together to talk about barriers to student success at SMCC. From these discussions it was determined providing students with access to an on-campus food pantry would address issues of retention, and student persistence. The first location of the pantry was in the basement of Hague Hall,

Starting Monday 9/18 we will have a raffle box for 2 BOSTON RED SOXS TICKETS. This is a FREE raffle. The tickets are for the last game of the regular season Boston vs Houston on 10/1/17. The Drawing will be on Friday 9/22/17.
Hello SMCC, we are the Captain's Cupboard.
The Captain's Cupboard is OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK.
We are a student run food pantry that is open to all students. All you need to get some extra food for your family or just a snack between classes is your Student ID with current semester sticker.
THATS IT!!!! No paper work, No Questions. So if you need some food please stop by and we will help you out.
We are located in the Captain's House at 126 McKernan Dr.
