This class will cover the basics of tea, from tea’s origins to the types and the countries they're grown in. We will cover how to brew the different types of tea, drinking samples of each type and what to look for when buying tea.

Photo day at Royal Tea! This guy is our Nepalese Black Tea from the Jun Chiyabari Tea Estate. This tea takes what Darjeeling does so well and builds on it by using modern processing techniques. Medium bodied, full flavored with a lasting finish, this tea has notes of muscatel grape, spice and myrrh.
