Calling all volunteers! 📣We are planning our annual PES yard clean up day for Sunday August 2nd. This year we will also be painting fun activities for the kids on the tar playground surfaces. We need as many people as possible to accomplish this big job, so please invite anyone that might like to help!
Items to bring if you have them: work gloves, old paint brushes or rollers, gardening/w**ding tools, w**d wacker, tree pruning tools, etc.
Meet at PES at 8 am Sunday August 2nd (or join in whenever you are able)!
Can't wait to see everyone there and make this a beautiful and fun year for our kids! 🎨🏀🌳🌸🛝

Dear Families,

This is a friendly reminder that Field Day is this Friday, June 5th, beginning at 9:30 AM! We are excited for a fun-filled day of games, activities, and school spirit with our students

Families are welcome to attend as spectators and cheer on our students. To help us maintain a safe environment and ensure students can move safely between activities and stations, we kindly ask that siblings stay home. Many of the activities, equipment, and spaces used throughout Field Day are designed for school-aged children and may not be suitable for younger children to safely navigate.

Thank you for helping us make Field Day a safe, fun, and successful event for everyone. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Field Day Volunteers still needed! Please reach out if you are able to run stations on Friday June 5th. We want to make sure the kids have a great day and stay safe!

We desperately need more volunteers to make this a fun and safe day for the kids! Please reach out if you can help!

We would love for any approved volunteers to come help make Field Day a fun and memorable experience for our students! If choosing to volunteer, we ask that you be available for the majority of the day, as we have many areas of need throughout the event.

Parents and family members are welcome to attend Field Day as spectators or spend time with their child’s class during the event. However, if you choose to volunteer, please note that volunteers will be assigned to run or support a station and will not be able to follow their child from station to station throughout the day. If you would prefer to attend as a spectator or join your child’s class instead of volunteering, please reach out directly to your child’s teacher. Please note that all volunteers for Field Day, must have completed the required volunteer paperwork and approval process through the school.

If you have any limitations or accommodations needed, please let us know when signing up so we can place you in a station that best fits your needs.

If you would like to volunteer but are not already an approved volunteer, please contact the school office for more information about the approval process.
