It's been a long slog getting the yard back after that big freeze killed all of our trees, but we have come quite a ways just in the past few months. I really love this little corner and look forward to having some fun gatherings around this fire pit (of sorts).

Anais Mitchell performed songs from "Hadestown" in Nov. of 2009 on the SandBox stage. The locals crowd was particularly transfixed by "The Wall" -- it hit close to home.

The BackYard has seen some talented folks come through - big thanks to Raybo Sandhand - including the artist that just popped up in my Aug. 1 copy of The New Yorker, Anais Mitchell. Who actually played here, in my backyard. (I find it all a bit mind-blowing.) Congrats to Anais and thanks for the humble brag opportunity....
