Cultivating Men of Word and Deed, briefly describes what being part of Alpha Chi Rho does for young men as they pursue their education. Growth as a leader is a learning process that participation in the fraternity enhances. Guidance by our landmarks and working with men of all ages cultivates our members into respected men of their communities and professions.
