🔍 We've identified significant concerns regarding the implementation of the 504 process at CHS. Our findings suggest non-compliance with District Policy 2418, NJAC 6A:14, and the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. This may have impacted the rights and accommodations of students with disabilities.

🚨 Key Issues:

A "504 Determination Committee" at CHS is making decisions without involving students' teachers, parents, or the students themselves.
This lack of transparency and collaboration may have led to many students being unjustly denied necessary 504 accommodations.
